Shipping Policy

Made to order

Every piece is printed when you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping times

These are estimates. Carrier delays, holidays and peak seasons can add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships you get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Orders with several items

Items can be printed at different facilities, so one order may arrive in more than one package.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you place the order. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you cannot find it, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will sort it out with the carrier.
