How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. See the Shipping Policy for other countries.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders over $50 ship free.
Can I return something that does not fit?
Because every piece is printed just for you, we cannot take returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
My order arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you. No need to send it back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. After that it is already being printed.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to most countries. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout. Import duties, if any, are paid by the customer.
